Order Policy

1. All items in this shop are 99% pre-order stocks.

2. The price shown is fixed and non-negotiable.

3. The price shown does not include Shipping Fee.

4. You must study the measurement of every good precisely before placing an order. (All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.)

5. You must fill up the Payment Notification form once the payment is remitted.

6. You cannot change your order items once the payment is confirmed.

7. All items order from oversea, we unable to 100% confirm is it have stock, factory base on 1st paid 1st serve, only we confirm our order they will proceed and inform us. Other if we confirm already out of stock, we will remove from our website.

How is work if my order out of stock, will TrendyFairy inform earlier?
If you order have more than 1 item, only will be inform once item ready to ship out.
Otherwise will be inform early.

If my order is entitle to join FREE DELIVERY, but
cause product out of stock total amount not enough, will still entitle join FREE DELIVERY?
No, if the total amount after deduct the out of stock items not enough to requirement, customer will need to paid postage.

If my items out of stock, will I can refund?
Yes, you may provide us your order ID & bank details will refund within 5 working days.

If my items out of stock, will I can exchange with other product, how long should i wait?
Yes, able to exchange other product with place new order, timeline will follow latest pre-order schedule.

* This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to custom checking, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company too. Your understanding is highly appreciated.


*Return Policy*

  Customer have value add on service 7 days warranty return when purchases is valid to exchange in any reason!

      You can return the item back to us if:

  1. The item received has Manufacturing Defect which is caused by us only.
  2. The item received has Colour Problem which is caused by us only.
  3. The item received has Size Problem which is caused by us only.
  4. The item is received within 5 days after the item is shipped only.

       You CANNOT return the item back to us if:

  1. The item received has Colour Problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.
  2. The item received has Size Problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.
  3. The item received does not fulfill customer's quality expectation.
  4. The item received is not exactly the same from the picture.
     

      Conditions:

  1.  The item must not be washed before.
  2. The item must be returned with the plastic and the code tag.
  3. The item must be returned as the condition during received.

      How To Return:

  2. Once Customer Service Confirm from you MUST return back within the date that Customer Service Provide.

What is 7 Days Warranty Return

How is work:
If customer add on this service, entitled to exchange with any reason after receive the parcel within 7 days.
Reason include you don't like the material, size, colour, outlook & etc

EXAMPLE:
SHOES RM59.90 + ADD ON SERVICE RM30.00 = TOTAL RM89.90 Customer paid

SATISFIED with the product >>

  • After 7 Days after post out, customer no request to return or customer informed by customer
  • We will give customer additional 10% GIFT VOUCHER  (started on 13 Nov 2015)


UNSATISFIED with the product >>

  • Inform Customer Service arrange return process (within 7 Days)
  • After we receive the parcel in good conditions we will return RM59.90 in your account for next order, you may place new order & you can decide replace same items or others


If I add on service after I satisfied with the product will the money return?
No, money will not refund.

If I add on service after I unsatisfied with the product balance can be return by cash?
No, balance only will be updated to your TrendyFairy account for next order

What is EXPRESS ORDER

We have 2 option for PREORDER PROCESS:

  1. add on EXPRESS ORDER (RM6/EACH ITEMS) your order will be delivery within 7-14 working days after payment no need wait until batch closed
  2. FOLLOW batch by batch, our preorder batch will be close on every FRIDAY 7pm, after that within 5-14 working days to delivery, please refer PREORDER SCHEDULE for latest batch estimate posting date




** If customer who add on EXPRESS ORDER but receive parcel out of schedule, we will return back money to your TrendyFairy account for next order
